30-Day Returns (Standard Items)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Modified / upgraded / custom items (anything beyond the default options), including but not limited to:

    • leather upgrades (anything other than black cowhide)

    • buckle upgrades (anything other than nickel plated)

    • thread color changes (anything other than black)

    • added volume / custom sizing / special requests
      These items are non-refundable and may be exchangeable one time (subject to approval).

  • Items that have been installed, used, damaged, scratched/marked, or altered in appearance (including applying dyes, finishes, conditioners, or any other treatments).

  • Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging. Please package returns securely. If an item is damaged in transit because it was not packaged properly, it will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Return Shipping / Restocking Fees / Original Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not charge restocking fees.

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us at info@badgcustoms.com and we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@badgcustoms.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an eligible return, and once it’s accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
(For modified/custom items, exchanges may be allowed one time if approved.)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
